Job Overview/Summary

Analyzing revenue and measuring collections as a percent of total revenue.
Tracking, trending and analyzing adjustments - providing transparency, trends, forecast of adjustments/write-offs as a percent of collections/revenue.
Providing insight to Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators: point-of-service collections, clean claim rate, days in total outstanding/not billed, bad debt, days in accounts receivable, cash collection as percentage of net revenue, net collections percentage, determine what is collectible production vs. write offs
Supporting financial audits by ensuring procedural compliance in revenue reporting and collection.
Analyzing revenue cycle data, preparing revenue forecasts, and performing trend analysis.
Presenting revenue cycle reports and forecasts, as well as identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Ability to tell a story by the data that is being analyzed.

Successful Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics.
Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred.
At least two years' experience as a revenue cycle analyst, or similar.
Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis and interpretation.
Proficiency in accounting, data analysis, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and industry regulations.
Keen attention to detail.

Advanced time-management and organizational skills.
