Job Overview/Summary
  • Prepare annual, financial and cash Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Analyze and review weekly tracker to create a ‘story’ on outliers and trends based on analysis. Request more input from operations regarding trends.
  • Track and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Improve and maintain a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects/initiatives/service lines (ex: Sleep Medicine, etc.)
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Develop and support acquisition financial models with direction from Business Development, CFO & COO.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
  • Assist in Preparing presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

Successful Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA
  • 5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Strong leadership skills required. Experience in multi-unit retail/medical facilities concepts preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Workday planning and budgeting tool, Adaptive Insights preferred but not required
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and ability to multi-task.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
  • Maintaining confidentiality & company proprietary information
