What You’ll Do:
- Oversee cost accounting functions including BOM, variance analysis, inventory management, overhead allocations, and material & labor rates.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
- Drive month-end activities and reporting to keep leadership informed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization, providing insights that drive business decisions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5-10 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven leadership experience—whether you’re currently managing a team or have in the past.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
