Carolyn is an industry veteran who brings more than 18 years of talent acquisition and client service expertise. She partners with leaders in finance, accounting, and corporate administration to design and deliver recruiting strategies that strengthen teams, reinforce culture, and secure enduring talent.  Her career began in corporate finance, where she held roles in GM’s accounting and finance rotational program, served as a Senior Financial Analyst for a robotics company, and worked as an Assistant Controller in manufacturing. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of operational finance and shaped the analytical lens she brings to every search. Carolyn’s career path has been dynamic, balancing professional growth with motherhood, which adds a layer of empathy and authenticity to her consultative approach.  She later transitioned into recruiting, holding leadership roles with Robert Half, Vaco, and Swank Motion Pictures. This mix of experience across both large, global staffing firms and corporate finance environments gives her clients the benefit of both breadth and depth in talent solutions. Carolyn is known for building genuine connections that put clients and candidates at ease.
